Saint-Victor-la-Coste is typical village of the Midi, with a medieval castle, perched on the hill.
The village has a very important historical heritage (ruins of a Roman road, hermitage of Mayran, St. Martin chapel, parish church, twin ancient washing places, fountain of Knowledge 'fontaine du Savoir', le Castella and its old village…). Some walking/hiking paths allow the visitor to discover the various landscape which St. Victor offers (hills and lush greenery, vineyards, woods and the “garrigue”, typical of the place – sort of lush scrubland) as well as a large wildlife (wild boars, foxes, hares, partridges, squirrels...) as well as flora (thym, rosemary, green oaks, lavender, everlasting…)
